Privacy Policy

Ascend Reporting provides marketing analytics and reporting for agency clients. We connect the marketing data a client already owns — search, analytics, business-profile, and advertising accounts — and turn it into a single live report for that client and their team.

With the account owner's explicit consent via Google OAuth, we access data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, and Google Ads. This data belongs to the client and is used only on that client's behalf.

We also collect basic report-viewing analytics (which report pages are opened) and the contact information needed to provision logins for a client's team.

Data is used solely to provide reporting and analysis to the client who owns it. We do not sell data, and we do not use it for advertising of any kind.

Ascend Reporting's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

All data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to a client's data is limited to that client's team and the Ascend operators who service their account.

We retain data only for as long as it is needed to provide reporting. Data is deleted on client request or at the end of the engagement. Revoking Google OAuth access — from your Google account or by asking us — stops all further collection immediately.
